    CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Makenzie Vilme, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, conducts temperature checks for new arrivals prior to medical screening and briefing of Restriction of Movement (ROM) procedures, May 14, 2020. All new arrivals currently go through a screening process led by Camp Lemonnier’s Expeditionary Medical Facility personnel and ROM prior to integration. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
