PANAMA CITY, FL -- Major Dave Hardman is the operations chief for the Navy Security Forces at Naval Support Activity Panama City. Hardman said his top priority is keeping personnel and the installation safe during this unprecedented time. Under his guidance, the security force seamlessly implemented a no-touch ID card policy in mid-March and in early April began wearing face coverings and gloves.
