U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Bryan Lochan, assigned to Expeditionary Medical Facility
Bethesda, removes personal protective equipment at the end of his shift at a doffing station at Jacobi Medical Center in
the Bronx, N.Y., May 19, 2020. Military medical providers assigned to the hospital are
collaborating as an integrated system to relieve the New York City medical system, as part of the
Department of Defense COVID-19 response. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army
North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal
