The commander of 3rd Squadron, 5th Security Force Assistance Brigade, Lt. Col. Timothy Ferguson, uncases the colors for his unit for the first time in history on Watkins Field, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington following the activation ceremony for 5th SFAB, May 27, 2020. The 3rd Squadron joins two infantry battalions, a field artillery battalion, a brigade engineer battalion, a support battalion and a brigade headquarters element to comprise the 5th SFAB.
