Members of the Alabama National Guard welcome a team of specialists from the Romanian Ministry of National Defense, comprised of ten medical personnel and five CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) May 25, at Montgomery Aviation. Alabama and Romania have conducted over 200 engagements through the State Partnership Program. The focus of this engagement is COVID-19.
