Spc. Sierra Brown wears a cloth face covering as she enters Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Department of Defense policy requires all individuals on DoD property, installations, and facilities to wear cloth face coverings when they cannot maintain six feet of social distance in public areas or work centers. Beneficiaries should bring a cloth face covering when visiting the hospital, pharmacies or outlying clinics. Some exceptions may apply to include young children and medical necessity.
