A test driver maneuvers through a test conducted at U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), demonstrating skills included in the test center’s vehicle familiarization and test course training program. Expertise gleaned from the professional test drivers at ATC helped to shape the newly published J3300 Driving Level Skill Certification standards, released by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), which provides procedures for examining and certifying professional drivers.
