Hawaii National Guard Soldiers with Task Force Maui treated and transported their simulated wounded patients on a collapsible litter and sked litter to a safe medical evacuation landing zone while conducting Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) training during COVID-19 operations on the island of Maui, Kihei, Hawaii, May 22, 2020. Formerly called Combat Lifesaving, TC3 is divided into three phases: care under fire, tactical field care and combat casualty evacuation care.
