U.S. Air Force Reservist Capt. Erin Rost, United States Air Force Academy admissions liaison officer and labor and delivery nurse in the local community is leaving work after a 12-hour shift May 8, 2020, at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. Rost serves as an Academy Admissions Liaison Officer where she helps young adults achieve their dreams of commissioning in the Air Force. She simultaneously leads her local community in the fight against COVID-19 as a Medical-Surgical nurse, and she recently transitioned into a Labor and Delivery position.
