RHINE ORDNANCE BARRACKS, Germany - Spc. Justin Rivard, a team chief assigned to Bravo Battery, 5th Battalion, 4th Air Defense Artillery Regiment at Ansbach, Germany assembles a Radio and Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR) on Rhine Ordnance Barracks June 3. Rivard won the soldier category of the European Best Defender Competition and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for demonstrating professionalism, tactical proficiency, mental and physical toughness.
