Javelin Thrust 2012/Large Scale Exercise-1 was conducted at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, Calif. More than 5,000 Marines from the 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade, part of I MEF and Marine Forces Reserve, participated in the exercise. The exercise allowed Canadian and U.S. forces to work together and continue its longstanding relationship.
