    The West Virginia National Guard’s 111th Engineer Brigade, 1092nd Engineer Battalion change of command ceremony was held in Parkersburg, Friday, June 12, 2020, with Lt. Col. Brent A. Schultz assuming command from Lt. Col. Robert J. Kincaid. The ceremony was held outdoors with family and friends in attendance, with Brig. Gen. Russell Crane, Assistant Adjutant General, and Col.
