    200603-N-YA315-1001 PORT HUENEME, Calif. Construction Electrician Constructionman Matthew Torregrossa (Top) and Builder Constructionman Andrew Busken, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, place straps around a landing roller cross girder to lift it off the bridge, this allows the final decking panels and ramp for the Medium Girder Bridge to be set. The bridge is being constructed during the battalion’s Technical Exercise. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and constructions experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering, and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
