200609-N-OX321-1011 SIGONELLA, Italy (June 9, 2020) -- Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Evin Brining conducts obedience and aggression training with VVaughn, his military working dog (MWD), at the baseball field on Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella, June 9, 2020. The canines with the MWD unit are used to apprehend suspects and to detect explosives and narcotics. NAS Sigonella’s strategic location enables U.S, allied, and partner nation forces to deploy and respond as required to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa and Central Command.
