200618-N-FA444-3059 PHILIPPINE SEA (June 18, 2020) - Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class Christopher Inot, from Lakewood, California, looks through the “big eyes” while standing Ship's Nautical or Otherwise Photographic Interpretation and Examination (SNOOPIE) Team lookout aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). SNOOPIE Team members gathers visual information and identify surface, subsurface and air contacts of interest. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
