(June 16, 2020) Hospitalman Apprentice Wyatt Tubbs, the youngest Hospital Corpsman assigned to Navy Medical and readiness training Command (NMRTC) Great Lakes, and Master Chief Hospital Corpsman Allan Lacson, the oldest, cut the cake during a traditional cake-cutting ceremony celebrating the 122nd birthday of the U.S. Navy Hospital Corps. NMRTC Great Lakes is the Navy command within Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care into a single combined mission.
