Patrick Matlock, left, the commanding general of 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, bumps elbows with United Kingdom Army Brigadier Leigh Tingey, the deputy commanding general–maneuver of 1AD, after returning to Fort Bliss from a deployment to Afghanistan, June 18.
