2nd Lt. Tamas Beiszer, team leader of Liaison Monitoring Team “Kilo 10” with Kosovo Force Regional Command East, greets Mr. Fahri Llugaliu the director of the Main Family Medical Center of Podujevo, Kosovo, June 22, 2020 during a personal protective equipment delivery. Beiszer got to know Llugaliu during this first tour in 2018 and have maintained a good relationship that has assisted in the sharing of relevant information during the pandemic.
