(June 30, 2020) Center for Surface Combat Systems Unit Great Lakes staff member Electronics Technician 2nd Class Jacob Alafa receives the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from Commanding Officer Capt. Ricardo Enriquez for superior achievement during the COVID 19 pandemic at an awards ceremony June 30. Over 300 Sailors and civilians were awarded for their vital efforts in protecting the accession pipeline as well as safeguarding the overall mission of the Navy.
