Lt. Gen. Charles Luckey speaks with a Soldier during a trip to Fort Irwin, California, March 10, 2020. Due to weather concerns there was a potential the originally-planned helicopter transport wasn’t going to be able to provide transportation; this meant that Soldiers had to stand by to transport Luckey into the field.
