Lt. Col. Chad Chasteen, the newly welcomed commander of 4th Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, speaks to the 580 soldiers of the battalion, family members and friends, July 13, during a change of command ceremony for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.-based battalion. Chasteen replaced Niemi, who led the battalion for two years and is heading to the U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, N.C. Chasteen said he looks forward to once again working with soldiers directly.
