James Jimenez, command sergeant major of the Hawaii National Guard Joint Task Force, May 21, 2020 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Troops assigned to Task Force Hawaii were postured on Hawaii island where their lodging and meals were provided by local businesses who were contracted through the Systems for Award Management.
