Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Port Operations boat teams push, pull and moor Floating Workshop YR 95 for repairs and maintenance into CFAY's Dry Dock #2 which was originally built in 1871. Once the barge was in place, the dry dock was drained thus giving workers full access to all parts of the barge for repair. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
