ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 13, 2020) - Marines assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) load supplies and personnel on a landing craft, air cushion (LCAC), attached to the Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 4, in the well deck of amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), in preparation of disembarking Bataan, July 13. Bataan is operating in the Atlantic Ocean in support of naval operations to maintain maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
