Gov. Tony Evers addresses approximately 150 members of the 1st Battalion, 128th Infantry in a pre-recorded message played at the 133rd Airlift Wing in St. Paul, Minn., April 27. The Soldiers returned early from their Afghanistan deployment due to a planned drawdown of troops announced earlier this year, and went by bus to their armories in Menomonie, Abbotsford, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Arcadia, Onalaska, River Falls and Eau Claire, Wis.
