Chief Master Sgt. (Ret) Bryan Burns, served 25 years in the United States Air Force finishing is active duty career as a 60th Operations Group Superintendent, retiring in 2007 at Travis AFB. Currently Burns continues to serve as a C-5 Aircrew Training Systems contract compliance agent, ensuring aircrew training process follows contracted agreement between government and contractor supporting pilot, flight engineer, loadmaster and maintenance engine run training requirements for C-5 crew members.
