The range was part of Exercise Summer Fury, a three-week training evolution conducted by Marines and sailors with 3rd MAW, 1st Marine Division and the 1st Marine Logistics Group to refine the capability of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force to conduct expeditionary advanced basing operations.
