200717-N-PE902-1049 SANTA RITA, Guam (July 16, 2020) Builder 2nd Class Sierra Edwards, from Glenwood, Iowa, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Guam, measures formwork for the construction of a concrete pavilion for the U.S. Coast Guard on board Naval Base Guam. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
