200721-N-FA444-1016 YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 21, 2020) - Engineman Seaman Victoria Rocha, from Tampa, Florida, conducts a boat report on a rigid hulled inflatable boat (RHIB) aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). A boat report is an inspection of all mechanical and electrical systems and is conducted in order to keep BLR’s RHIBs able to deploy at a moment’s notice. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
