PHILIPPINE SEA (July 21, 2020) The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike group, Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JSMDF) JS Teruzuki (DD 116)and the Australian Defense Force (ADF) ships HMAS Arunta (FFH 151), HMAS Hobart (DDG 39), HMAS Canberra (L02), HMAS Stuart (FFH 153) and HMAS Sirius (AO 299) transit the Philippine Sea. Trilateral exercises between the JSMDF, ADF and U.S. Navy support shared goals of peace and stability while enhancing regional security and the right of all nations to trade, communicate, and choose their destiny in a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
