Heavy equipment operators from the Marine Wing Support Squadron 471, (Det B Engineer Company) a reserve aviation ground support unit from Chelsea, Michigan, regrade the access road leading into the Grayling's Aerial Gunnery Range, part of the National All Domain Warfighting Center's premier facilities in Northern Michigan. The Marines are part of a joint effort to modernize and improve military readiness during Northern Strike 20 in Waters, Mich., July 20, 2020.

Northern Strike is a National Guard Bureau-sponsored exercise that provides readiness building opportunities for units from all services to achieve or sustain proficiency in conducting mission command, air, sea, and ground maneuver integration, and the synchronization of fires in a joint, multinational, decisive-action environment.
