Lt. Alexander Campbell, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 6, is tested for his Helicopter Aircraft Commander (HAC) qualification during plane guard operations for the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). With his HAC qualification he will be able to instruct junior pilots on essential decision making with anything to do with the helicopter. Nimitz is underway conducting carrier qualifications in preparation for Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2012, the world's largest international maritime exercise.
