Ohio Naval Militia Chief Petty Officer Robert Mowry, a former active U.S. Navy hospital corpsman, is among about 100 personnel serving on COVID-19 mobile testing teams, which have been traveling all over the state collecting samples from thousands of Ohioans, including at congregate care facilities such as nursing homes. Mowry is one of approximately 900 members of Ohio’s Army and Air Guard, Military Reserve and Naval Militia serving their neighbors and communities in their time of need during the pandemic.
