Staff Sgt. Chad Frieling and Sgt. 1st Class Michael Ortiz, 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade, pitch their proposal to fellow SFAB members taking part in simulated scenario during training conducted by the West Point Negotiation Project July 2. The SFAB Soldiers went through training with the negotiation project to help them better prepare for future deployments.
