    U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Dean VanderLey, commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic and Fleet Civil Engineer, renders a salute at the conclusion of the Officer in Charge of Construction-Florence commissioning ceremony held at Marston Pavilion on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 28, 2020. The command's primary mission is to deliver both military construction and minor construction/repair projects enabling the recovery of facilities from the effects of Hurricane Florence at MCB Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station New River and MCAS Cherry Point. The command will also oversee projects supporting the deployment of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter platform at MCAS Cherry Point.
