PACIFIC OCEAN (July 29, 2020) – Lt. Dave Arnott, a chaplain assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8), says a prayer aboard an MH-60S Seahawk, assigned to the “Wildcards” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, in honor of U.S. Coast Guard sailor, Fireman Charles T. Norden, and his wife, Marie J. Norden, during a burial at sea. Makin Island, homeported in San Diego, is conducting routine operations in the eastern Pacific.
