200729-N-WR252-1035 SANTA RITA, Guam (July 29, 2020) Equipment Operator Constructionman Jose Hernandez, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, ensures the proper connection of a lifting sling during a turnover lift between NMCB 1 and NMCB 133. The turnover lift is performed by the outgoing and incoming battalions as part of the battalion evaluation equipment program (BEEP) to demonstrate the crane is in proper working order.
