Friends and family of the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) patiently await the 145th Airlift Wing (AW) Change of Command Ceremony held at the NCANG Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Aug. 1, 2020. Col. Bryony A. Terrell will relinquish command of the 145th AW and Col. Joseph H. Stepp IV, who has been with the NCANG since commissioning in 1993 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at N.C. State University, will take command.
