The hollow cutout of a Soldier in a four-pillar Gold Star Family Memorial Monument was dedicated in North Ogden City at City Hall Aug. 1, 2020. This monument, designed and built by the Hershel “Woody” Williams Foundation and organized and funded by the Major Brent Taylor Foundation and the Follow the Flag Foundation North Ogden branch, is the 61st monument to be erected across the nation and the first of its kind in Utah.
