BACH Soldiers Capt. Erin Baughman, an optometrist, and Command Sgt. Maj. Daniel Santiago, senior enlisted advisor, each pull a 90-pound sled during the drag portion of the Sprint-Drag-Carry event of the new Army Combat Fitness Test. The event relates to Soldier tasks performed when reacting quickly to direct or indirect fire, extracting a casualty from a vehicle and getting them to safety, and carrying ammunition to a fighting position or vehicle. The AFCT replaces the Army Physical Fitness Test as the test of record Oct. 1. U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Jamie Hendzel.
