McConville, the chief of staff of the Army during a 5 August visit to the 1st Cavalry Division’s (Forward) headquarters in Poznan, Poland. Poznan is the site of the division forward element of Atlantic Resolve, a mission that provides the Army’s rotational units in Europe the opportunity to build readiness, increase interoperability, and enhance the bonds with allied partners and nations through multi-national training events.
