Sgt. Maj. of the Army, Michael Grinston began his two-day visit to U.S. Army Fort Campbell, on Aug 3. Grinston will spend his time at Fort Campbell, inspecting training, checking barracks conditions, and monitoring troops' morale. He also has a new initiative; This is My Squad. He encourages Soldiers at the squad level to have the hard talks of diversity and encourages everyone to practice radical inclusion.
