PACIFIC OCEAN (July 30, 2020) – U.S. Sailors aboard the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187) provide fuel and supplies to the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) and the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) during a replenishment-at-sea in the eastern Pacific. The U.S. Navy and Marine Corps are conducting training to combine efforts to refine and strengthen fundamental amphibious capabilities and reinforce the Navy-Marine Corps team.
