Staff instructors impart their first hand knowledge and experiences to Spc. Dean Buetikofer, a soldier in training in the Combat Medics course at the Medical Battalion Training Site, Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., July 11, 2012. Buetikofer is a 53-year-old soldier who has just started his third initial enlistment into the U.S. military. His two prior enlistments were a six year enlistment in the Air Force in 1977 and an enlistment into the U.S. Army Reserves in 1991 that lasted 11 years.
