Pfc. James Baker, a heavy equipment operator with the 858th Engineer Company (Horizontal), 223rd Engineer Battalion, uses a High Mobility Engineer Excavator (HMEE) to move top soil at the Bruce city park in Bruce, Miss., August 4, 2020. The project is to build a 1.3 mile walking trail around the Bruce city park, saving the city nearly half a million dollars in construction costs while building relationships between local communities and members of the Mississippi National Guard.
