Cpl. Alan M. Grenert, left, fires a Republic of Korea Marine K-6 heavy machine gun from the turret of the K-55 self-propelled gun July 23 at Nightmare Range, Republic of Korea during the Korean Marine Exchange Program 12-7. The ROK and U.S. Marines also spent the rest of the afternoon improving their squad level tactics by conducting fire and maneuver courses. The overarching goal of KMEP 12-7 is to enhance and increase the combined capabilities of the ROK and U.S. Marine Corps forces.
