U.S. Army Spc. Tou Vang moves cargo ready to ship via helicopter from the Alpha Distro processing center to the Camp Taji Airfield on July 18, 2020. As Camp Taji prepares to transfer the base from the Coalition to the Iraqi Security Forces, U.S. military members in the 834th Aviation Support Battalion must pack up and ship all U.S. owned property from the base. This operation successfully prepared the base for transfer to Iraqi Security Forces, Aug. 23, 2020. The Coalition is adjusting its positioning in Iraq as part of long-planned adjustments to the force, due to Iraqi Security Forces' success in the campaign against Daesh. The Coalition’s military movements are conducted in coordination with the Government of Iraq. (U.S Army photo by Sgt. Sydney Mariette)
