Sgt. Maj. Paulette Newcomb, outgoing sergeant major of Marine Aircraft Group 26, passes the noncommissioned officer sword to Col. John Spaid, the commanding officer of MAG-26, during a relief and appointment ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, August 21, 2020.
