James Albright, an emergency medical technician with the 1st Special Operations Healthcare Operations Squadron, simulates administering first-aid during an annual anti-terrorism/force protection exercise at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Aug. 19, 2020. Anti-terrorism/force protection exercises are conducted to further strengthen and train emergency response personnel to be prepared to respond in a real-world attack. Participants were permitted to take off their masks during designated portions of the exercise out of safety concerns that surpassed the concern of transmitting coronavirus disease 2019.
