A color guard team from the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) carry the Canadian flag in support of an Army Full Honors Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, August 25, 2020.
Canadian Army Commander Lt. Gen. Wayne Eyre laid the wreath at the tomb and the ceremony was hosted by U.S. Army Gen. James McConville, 40th Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army.
During his visit, Eyre also toured the Memorial Amphitheater Display Room and met with Karen Durham-Aguilera, executive director, Arlington National Cemetery and Office of Army Cemeteries to present a gift to the unknown soldiers.
